Teachers Helping Teachers (THT) is a Fayetteville, NC based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2023 to support and empower teachers in North Carolina. Our mission is to provide free training and mentorship programs to educators, ensuring they have the resources and guidance necessary to create nurturing and enriching learning environments for young children.

In addition to our free programs, we sell high-quality lesson plans for just $4 and offer DCDEE-approved training at minimal cost to educators. The proceeds from these sales directly fund resources, scholarships, and financial assistance for teachers in need, helping them access professional development and essential classroom materials.

Expansion is the premise of our request. As we focus on expanding THT for 2026, we respectfully request your support for general operations and the following programs/initiatives:

·       Initiative #3: Free DCDEE-approved continuing in-service training hours
